The hotel was comfortable and clean, and

the staff made our stay pleasant. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Moda Center. However, valet service could be quicker during busy times.

It was a prime choice for a short interlude in Portland with definitely value for money. The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel well cared for, turning my stay into a pleasant experience. Pro tip, parking on the street is more economical than valet service—definitely check it out.

I had a fantastic stay! The walk-in shower was amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfy with soft linens. I loved the eco-friendly toiletries they provided, too. I'd definitely come back!

The bed in my room was fantastic—so fluffy and cozy that I never wanted to leave it! I absolutely loved the spacious walk-in shower and the luxurious large toiletries they provide. Plus, the valet service was a game changer—my car was always ready within 10 minutes of texting them.

The room was super cozy with a fantastic bed and a lovely walk-in shower. I enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the comfy lounge area after a long day. The only downside was the distance from the elevators, but for a nice stay, that's a small price to pay. 😊

The room was comfy and clean, with a fantastic bed and great linens. I really liked the walk-in shower—so much better than a tub shower combo! The huge bottled toiletries were a nice touch, too. But the AC unit was kind of noisy, and I couldn't get it to a comfy level. On the plus side, the staff was really friendly, and the valet service was super quick!

I appreciated the inviting atmosphere of Courtyard Portland Downtown / Convention Center, with its spacious lobby and comfortable seating areas. The staff were incredibly attentive, making it easy for seniors to navigate the hotel and feel at home.

Unique layout of the hotel forced clever utilization of space, making even the standard king room feel spacious. Amenities including a well-stocked breakfast bar and high-quality coffee were definite highlights, not to mention a cozy atmosphere in the dining area during morning hours.

The elevator was a major headache. it felt worn-out and borderline dangerous at times. If you're not a fan of valet parking, tough luck—it's pretty much the only option, and it didn’t come cheap. Additionally, the location isn't ideal for those wanting nightlife or other attractions. it’s a bit isolated from the livelier parts of the city, which could be a drawback depending on your plans.

The staff at Courtyard were exceptionally accommodating, ready to assist with any inquiries I had. The room I stayed in was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities for a productive work trip. The business center provided reliable internet access and printer functionality, which greatly benefitted my work needs.
